I’m passionate about social justice and feminism, and strive to promote cultural humility while integrating diverse global perspectives, practice-based evidence, indigenous wisdom, publications, and research, into all my work.

I create a respectful, solution-focused environment where you can explore what’s already working, identify your unique strengths and notice your confidence so deeply you can lead and live as you’d like to, while being aligned to your values.
My practice is grounded in diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, social justice, accessibility and feminism and together we will co-create new possibilities and progression in ways you identify as meaningful and powerful.
