I’m proud to share that I am a Director at Solution Focused Trainers C.I.C., where we deliver level 3 externally validated training courses with option routes to Practitioner Certification in Solution Focused Practice for individuals, teams and organisations throughout England, Wales and beyond.

Through this role, I contribute to shaping training that is rigorous, inclusive and deeply rooting in real-world impact. Working alongside my colleagues John Wheeler, Tara Gretton and Stephan Natynczuk to ensure our offerings remain high-quality and responsive to learner needs.
